NCP Community Development Federal Credit Union has named Anne Boone and Delceno Miles to its board of directors. Anne Boone, a community activist in the Berkley community, is a former banker who was with Signet Bank for 16+ years and the first African American to work in their commercial loan department.  She is involved in numerous community initiatives including the Beacon Light Civic League, Campostella Civic League, Campostella Advisory Board and Member of Berkley Reunion Committee.  She is president and curator of the Berkley Historical Society.  Ms Boone is also owner of Busy Hands Printing Services.

Delceno C. Miles, president and CEO of the Miles Agency, a Virginia Beach-based marketing and public relations firm, is involved in numerous community activities as well.  She serves on the boards of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center, Contemporary Center of the Arts, Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia.  She also volunteers her services to Afr’Am Fest, her church Calvary Revival Church and many other charitable causes.
