Press Release - Professor Wold Zemedkun joins NCP Board of Directors

Wold Zemedkun, Ph. D., Professor of Finance at Norfolk State University has been reappointed to NCP Community Development Federal Credit Union board of directors. Professor Zemedkun was an original founding Board Member of NCP and served from 1996 to 2003.

Since 1986 Professor Zemedkun has held numerous positions at NSU.  During his tenure, he has developed many finance related courses and published a wealth of scholarly and intellectual publications.  His educational background includes, earning his Ph.D. from University of Cincinnati, Ohio, his M.A.  from Williams College in Massachusetts, Graduate Fellow at Cambridge University, England and an undergraduate degree at Haile Sellassie I University in Ethiopia. 

Professor Zemedkun has received many honors and fellowships and has served as President of the Global Awareness Society International.
